Our Return Policy
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, in line with EU consumer rights. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any way are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note: in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations, sealed fragrance products that have been opened after delivery are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that arrive damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photos and details. We will determine, at our reasonable discretion, whether the item qualifies for return.
Only products purchased directly through balius.co are eligible for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and payment method. For orders placed using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued with the same expiration date, provided it has not expired.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty.
Sale items, special orders, or any personalised items are not eligible for returns.
Items must be returned in their original box with all original packaging materials and a copy of your order confirmation.
Faulty Goods
Items received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Contact us at info@balius.co and we will assist you, including providing a return label at no cost to you.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at info@balius.co to initiate the return process.
- Provide photos of the unopened package for approval.
- Once approved, repack the items carefully in the original packaging with sufficient protective material.
- Ship the return and send us your name, order number, reason for return, and tracking number.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 4–8 business days.
